Small Biz Binder is for people who run a small business and would rather be doing the work than the paperwork. It gives you the paperwork in one place, already set up for your business: an invoice, an estimate, a contract, a receipt, a price list and a business plan.

Each form starts with the services, units and terms that business uses, so a lawn care invoice already has mowing, edging and leaf removal, and a snow removal contract already has a trigger depth. You change anything you like.

The price calculators work from your own numbers: your time, your costs, your overhead and the margin you want. They don't guess what others charge in your area.

Your information

What you type stays in your browser. Files are made on your device when you press download; nothing is uploaded. See the privacy page.

Contracts

The contract and agreement templates are plain-language starting points. Contract rules differ by state, so for large jobs or unusual terms, ask a local lawyer to look over your final version.
